About Tim Webb
West Vancouver has been my home my entire life. I grew up here, attended Westcot Elementary, and graduated from Sentinel Secondary. This is where my roots are, where my friendships and community connections were built, and where my wife Shannon and I raised our two girls.

I’ve always felt a strong connection to the people and neighbourhoods that define West Vancouver. Today, I’m a local business owner, Vice President of Bellevue Properties Ltd., owner of a small business in Ambleside, and Chair of the Ambleside Dundarave Business Improvement Association. I also serve on West Vancouver’s Board of Variance.

Being involved in the community has given me the opportunity to listen to residents, work with local businesses, and better understand the issues that matter to the people who live here. I want to help keep West Vancouver a place where families can put down roots, seniors can stay in the community, local businesses can succeed, and future generations have the opportunity to call it home.

I’m running for Council because I care deeply about this community and want to play a meaningful role in its future. I've watched council debate Ambleside's future for decades. We've had report after report from staff but too little action. I'll push hard for improvements to Ambleside and for a stronger, more vibrant retail environment that supports our local businesses. I believe in listening first, making practical decisions, supporting our neighbourhoods and businesses, and being responsible with taxpayers’ money.

West Vancouver is more than where I live - it’s where I grew up, raised my family, built my life, and continue to call home.

My Career
My career began with Xerox Canada, where I became a National Sales Account Representative and was recognized as Rookie of the Year and Sales Representative of the Year for British Columbia. I later joined Colliers International, where I was named Rookie of the Year for Canada. I went on to negotiate leases in Vancouver's downtown for some of the largest firms in the city as well as for provincial and federal tenants before spending 18 years in commercial real estate and 10 years in residential.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as an entrepreneur and business owner, with a focus on relationships, practical decision-making and getting things done.
